Most people think movement quality improves by doing more reps or lifting heavier. It doesn't. Movement quality improves through intention. Strength is not just about producing force it's about how well you can organise the body before the force is applied. Creating stability before movement begins. Controlling joint position under load. Producing force without compensation. When Movement IQ is high, movement becomes more efficient, more repeatable, and more resilient under fatigue. This is why strength alone isn't enough. Without control, strength eventually breaks down.
